• The church building is available for rental by members and non-members. Members qualify as members of St. James (and their immediate family) who have communed and contributed within the past year and are in good standing.
   
• Fees for the use of various parts of the building are set by the Church Council on an individual basis. All fees must be paid in advance to the church secretary. Only cash or check is accepted.
   
• The areas available for rent are:
   
  • Social Room (with or without Kitchen - click here for a PDF drawing of the space.)
  • Adult Sunday School Room (open floor plan of 70’ x 40’; has room dividers - click here for a PDF drawing of the space.)

• Use of the parking lots is included with rental.
   
• All rooms rented must be cleaned and left in the condition in which they were found. If the kitchen is rented, all utensils, pots, pans, etc. must be cleaned and placed back in the cupboards where they were found.
   
• All requests for use of the building must go through the Church Council. Several organizations currently use the building at various times during the day and on various days of the week. Consequently, these organizations are given priority preference on the use of the building. We ask for your understanding on this matter.
   
• Rental fees are subject to change. All fees are based on a per-day basis. An additional deposit EQUAL to the amount of the rental fee is REQUIRED. This is refundable upon inspection of the premises. This separate deposit will be returned upon inspection. This deposit must be paid with a separate check.
   
• The St. James Church Council sets all fees for the use of the facility and grounds.
